Distance or in Person Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation and healing in the mind, body, and spirit. This session is done through zoom or in-person in a 45 minute to 1-hour session. Clients will receive an energy scan to determine areas of distress within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Reiki treatment will begin the flow of energy and healing for optimal health. I will then discuss with you various holistic methods for you to continue your healing process.
